The Alaska Arts Education Consortium is partnering with the Kenai School District to offer a unique opportunity for educators who want to experience how the arts can increase student performance, engagement and motivation in grades K-12.This institute takes an in-depth look at strategies for working with students who experience cognitive and physical disabilities in an inclusive school setting. Teachers learn to integrate a variety of arts (visual, storytelling, drama, music, and movement) into school curriculum and classroom.
