Literacy is the ability to communicate effectively and make sense of the world. We will use the arts to bolster learning in reading and writing, but also expand the definition of literacy to include different ways people make meaning.
At the Institute we will explore using media, movement, and sound through visual, cultural and technological arts, as communication and storytelling tools, promoting student engagement, learning, retention and joy.
