Join us for a week of vibrant, inciteful and collegial learning. During this 5-day event, participants will learn to use science and the arts as a venue through which to promote literacy and language development.
Participants will attend sessions with three highly qualified teacher-leaders that are experts in their fields, including movement, visual/media arts, and cultural arts. Each day will start with a plenary session, followed by various
creative sessions mixed in with regional cultural presentations.
Three 500 level Credits Available
The day will run from 8:30-4:30 so that we have time for field trips and outside excursions.
Some school districts have scholarships available to cover registration costs and sometimes more. Please check with the appropriate person at your district.
- Shelley Toon Lindberg: Visual Arts
- Shelley Virginia Hewit: Movement
- Sperry Ash: Culture
