The Alaska State Council on the Arts recently held the 2018 Alaska Arts Convergence conference in Fairbanks. Five members of the Alaska Arts Education Consortium board attended the Interconnect Conference as pictured below. AAEC has been a leader in actively advocating for in Arts Education in Alaska, and will continue to work to guarantee that all students in Alaska’s schools receive arts education as part of their school curriculum.
